About Us
Hi, I’m Andrew. I earned both a Master of Science in Criminal Justice and a Bachelor’s in Criminal Justice with an Accounting minor from Marshall University. I have seven years of experience working in a variety of places, including a local police department, higher education, and state government.
At the local police department, my position started as data entry, then quickly evolved to assisted officers in a variety of tasks, including report writing and conducting investigations, as well as helping the administration with crime data analysis and grant writing. It was at that time I found a passion in working to improve services to the public. While studying for my master’s, I served as a graduate research assistant and was mentored by experienced researchers and evaluators. Currently, I work full-time as a researcher for state government. My education and work positions have given me a broad range of knowledge and experience that I can apply in new situations.
I am currently a member of the American Evaluation Association (www.eval.org) and the Academy of Criminal Justice Sciences (www.acjs.org).
I have a strong desire to help agencies and programs succeed. I look forward to working with you to improve your agencies.
